Please note that these guarantees are for domestic use only. Commercial use is still covered by Hafele's standard 1 year guarantee.

Please note that only mechanical faults are covered by this guarantee. Other issues, such as finish quality or expected wear-and-tear, are not covered by this guarantee and are subject to our standard guarantee (please see section 7 of our Refund Policy).



Tarnished Products
Whilst we don't often receive complaints, one of the concerns we receive most often is tarnishing. Though not always the case, we typically find that a harsh cleaner or cleaning implement has been used, which has damaged the finish of the product. This has increased more so since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, where stronger disinfectants have been used more regularly. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged in this way, but if you're unsure of how to properly care for your product and are unable to find any guides online, please get in touch and we will be happy to send you any information that we have to hand!


If you have an issue with one of the products purchased through us we may ask some questions pertaining to the nature of the fault/problem to ensure that the claim is valid. We understand that receiving faulty goods is a frustrating situation, but please answer any questions we may have so that we are able to help you quickly and efficiently!
