• Planofit straightening system adds rigidity to wooden sliding or hinged doors from 16 mm thick and prevents warping in either direction. Ideal for large, heavy, sliding or hinged doors.
• For vertical and/or horizontal use
• Door thickness from 16 mm and above
• Planofit also straightens doors which have become warped over a period of time.
• Normally two straightening fittings are recommended per door panel.
• For hinged doors and sliding doors, prevents doors warping in either direction or straightens doors which have become warped
• For door thickness ≥16 mm
• For recess mounting and screw fixing
• Adjustment facility on hexagonal nut with SW 10 open-ended spanner
• Supplied with:
  4x Tensioners, bright zinc alloy
  2x Hexagonal nut
  4x Securing washers
  2x Square nut
  2x M6 threaded rod, 1920 or 2195 mm, bright steel
  2x Trim strip, 1863 or 2138 mm long, black or white plastic
  4x Cover caps for tensioners, black or white plastic (Not included in bulk packed sets)
  8x Retaining plates, black or white plastic (Not included in bulk packed sets)

• 2 straightening fittings recommended per door leaf
• Not suitable for hardwood
• Please note when using this product in combination with lacquered panels, a pattern of the routed recesses may emerge on the front
