Returns policy

If you wish to make a return, please contact us by email or by phone and we will let you know where to send your return to. Sending back items without contacting us first will result in processing delays or even the loss of the package, affecting your refund or exchange.  
Please note we cannot accept products back if they are more than 45 days old  
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PRODUCTS WILL INCUR A RESTOCKING CHARGE  
(This will depend on the supplier of the item).  
 
You only need to include the following information: order number, the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.  
 
1.We'll email you back with instructions for returning an item by Royal Mail  
2. Alternatively, you can call us on 01489 795 009 and we'll talk you through it  
3. For larger items we can arrange for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return. (please bear in mind that larger or longer items will probably cost a minimum of £15.00)  
 
Refund Policy  
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This excludes any delivery charge (unless the products have arrived damaged or faulty), and the products listed as exceptions below. Please contact us regarding non-receipt of goods within 2 weeks. If claims are not expressed to us after this claim we cannot replace goods free of charge.  
 
Proof of Purchase  
If you return a product for refund your will need information from your original receipt, order confirmation or delivery note to hand. We will refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to make the purchase.  
 
Conditions of Return  
It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please make sure they are not marked and packed carefully (see our terms and conditions).  
 
Delivery Charges  
Delivery costs are only refunded if the product is found to be faulty or incorrect.  
 
Products Exempt from Cancelation, Refund or Exchange  
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:  
- Made-to-measure products  
- Items shipped in from outside the UK  
- Perishable goods  
 
Buying Large/Heavy Items  
Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed location, before you order large items. You’ll need to to be sure that the product is the right size for your needs and location, and to enable our couriers to deliver your order successfully.
